Bored 10 Years/Dave Tee

Who would believe it, Southsea's very own Bored SOS has been on the up for a decade. Time flies when your having fun. The shop has very strong ties with the MN. Paul worked there off and on and lived above the old shop, Kev read math books in there, ahem, 'worked' there (and did some shocking shop fitting) and even russ put in some hours with the cow skin sofa too i think. not to mention that the bossman Gary is down with the MN (check his skating in essex tour and his part in lately)...backside 50-50 heelflip boom!

Part of the 10 year celebrations is the commission of some arty tees including one by our very own david (and if you're lucky stickers too). click the pic to get on the Bored website and order yourself a tee electronically.

Rob's London Photos...

During the other week's trip to London Rob Pybus took some rather nice photos with his fancy camera. We thought we would pop them up too just so everyone can check out dave's crail jammer at dirtbank...

Edinburgh Spots...

Russ and Paul were in Edinburgh on Saturday for a skate with The Harmony's Paul Silvester. The plan was to get a guided tour of the city's spots in some sunny weather north of the border, mission successful. Edinburgh is a beautiful city and packed with all sorts of skatable spots famous and not so famous and after 6 hours of skating it was time for liquid refreshment. Some of those banks would give some of essex's a run for their money in steepness and roughness! Ideas of return visits are already on the cards...

Last thursday a bunch of friends from all over the uk (and a nyc visitor) came together under the sun in london. Russ, Paul and Dave from Colchester, Rich from Norwich, Rob and Gary from Southsea and Stu from New York City. A bunch of skating, a pile of spots like Southbank, White Grounds-ish, Mudchute, etc and smiles with friends old and new in the city topped off with some beers by the river. very good times...

Ipswich, Sunshine & Spots. Finally...

After a couple of rained out attempts we (almost) finally managed to synchronise ipswich, the sunshine and street spots. Almost because spot hunter adam mondon couldn't make it last minute. next time! Veran, Paul, Russ and surprise guest Channon hooked up at ipswich park and then went on a street spot safari with one major disappointment but with many high points to make up for it. Here are some photos from later in the day. veran used his swish new camera and is sending over his snaps soon.
